Prices:  Prices include the 10 percent Federal Excise Tax. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. All guns are shipped at the price in effect at the time of shipment.
Prices are F.O.B. Waco, Texas.

 Warranty:

 All American Derringers are fully warrantied for one year from the date of purchase.
Terms:  Net 30 days distributors only.
C.O.D., check or credit card with order for all others. Please allow 4-5 weeks for credit checks.
Delivery:  Allow 4-6 weeks. Special items may take longer.
Shipping:  Prices are F.O.B. Waco, Texas. All firearms must now be shipped via UPS Next Day Air or FedEx Next Day in accordance with the shipping regulations established by these companies. Shipping costs are approximately $25.00 per gun.
Pricing:  Minimum firearm order is one gun.
Restocking Charge:  A 25% restocking fee is charged on all returns.

 All firearms sales are in accordance with Texas and Federal Laws. Delivery of firearms is through Federally Licensed Firearms Dealers in accordance with the prevailing laws in the purchaser's home state.
